Issabel uses the default call parking module from issabel. Sometimes the module default time is set to 45 seconds. To change the call park time in issabel you need to edit the following file.
/etc/asterisk/features_general_additional.conf
and add the following line after pickupexten=*8.
parkingtime =>300 (this equates to 5 Minutes)
save and reload your asterisk application.
